IFA

Well this weekend was the most up and down bank holiday we have had (in terms of weather for the UK) Seemingly sporadic showers don’t seem to dampen the festival goers mood with Reading festival having and air of Glastonbury throughout and the scenes of festival goers pounding their way through knee high bogs. Always looks good when you are sat in the comfy dry surroundings of your own home.

so for many people last weekend was about having a party during the bank holiday, this weekend coming we have a special preview of what will be hitting our shelves and web this Christmas. IFA (Berlin) has been going many years now and is Europe’s answer to the CES show from Vegas. although not really as glamorous and a lot more Germans it is the half-way point into the year, a look back at what has been and more importantly what’s to come. Haier will be presenting their new "No Tails" TV which i have reliably been informed is completely wireless with no plug or aerial cable. all of which has to be seen to be believed so check back next week to catch up with all photos and reviews of some products.

There will also be HPs answer to the I Pad and Some lesser known brands will be battling their way into the European TV market.

Couriers

Richmond AV has celebrated its 1 year partnership with APC Overnight; it was at this time last year when our search was over for a company that could deliver on time and with very little interruption to our customers. With Interlink city link being in the chat forums and having so much bad press about how unbelievably awful their service is we thought we let our customers know how good this company is, with deliveries normally taking place within the morning period the feedback regarding the delivery service is second to none.

On another note in the news today it has been shown that the economy has in fact grown in the last couple of months so the booms times could be just around the corner (we hope). So its time to spend spend spend. www.richmondav.co.uk has a large amount of product to take a look at; also a treat for September with the big launch of the Haier white goods section shortly followed by the selection of televisions. Give the sales team a call on 0845 811 0025 to have a chat and find out what you could be ordering this Christmas.

Cheap/ Entry level Televisions

With the likes of ebuyer, Tescos, Argos and now Lidil coming into the entry level TV market the time to decide on which of these budget screens to buy seems to be a very important decision. Do you compromise quality for price? The Ultimate answer is yes, however with the television manufactures outsourcing a large amount of the production of these screens to other manufactures the expertise and knowledge now lies with these people who produce the product and not the brand name that we know and trust.

Haier is a new brand that is being launched in the UK this year it will be a name which is going to be ever increasing in brand awareness in the run up to Christmas and beyond. The company has been established for well over 25 years producing televisions for major brands. Now they have their own branded products and want you to be the people to take advantage of the fantastic offers they have. This is a product which does not compromise on quality but will offer a much better price.

Customer reassurance is key, if you aren’t sure take a look at the website, www.haiereurope.com/en and when you want to buy one of these fantastic products log onto www.richmondav.co.uk to take advantage of these amazing products!
