Samsung TX100

The TX100 uses the Windows 7 operating system and features a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard. It will be available in two different form factors, one sporting a 32GB SSD with the other packing 64GB of storage. Other specs include:

* Intel’s upcoming Atom processor
* USB and HDMI ports
* microSD card slot
* 9 hours battery life
* Microsoft Office 2010 starter pack with basic versions of Word and Excel already pre-installed

While the Samsung TX100 takes a new approach to tablet computer design, it’s key features seem more geared towards the business market than those after an entertainment package ala Samsung Galaxy Tab, with the manufacturer claiming the slate is an example of its “dedication to taking care of people’s unmet needs.”
