IFA Catch Up
So for the first post after we have been to IFA i thought i would let you all catch up on what went on.
The biggest stride forward with technology at this year’s show had to be the 3D television without glasses; Phillips being the best company with a product that looked like it could be sold tomorrow. A lot of the other players seemingly just brought over what they had even if it was glitchy.
3D without glasses is a bug stride forward however only if the price is right and at the moment no company could give a definitive answer to this question. All very well and good having the TV to market but if its 30% more expensive than a normal 3D television people are going to stick with paying the extra for some glasses.
moving away from 3D ", at IFA this was hard let me tell you," i can introduce LGs first 32 inch OLED screen which is the thinnest panel and sharpest picture yet. I won’t bore you with how the tech works on this but if you have a look on YouTube here:. Pretty special yes? Pretty special price tag also. If the 15inch version is anything to go by coming in at around £1500 per screen over £100 per inch!!!
Finally this week @ www.richmondav.co.uk we have some cracking deals on 42inch plasma @379.99 and also the full HD 50 inch plasma @ 599 take a look or give us a call! 0845 811 0025
